Event overview
Review ticket sales, guest arrivals, crew readiness and open tasks together.
Stagevia is an event-management product concept connecting the planning desk, entrance gates and backstage teams through a shared operational workspace.
Stagevia explores the coordination behind a live event: ticket sales before doors open, attendee arrivals at the gates, timed cues backstage and crew assignments throughout the venue. The concept brings those perspectives into one workspace while giving each team a focused view of its responsibilities. The design scope includes twelve navigation destinations, four detailed showcase screens and a visual identity inspired by stage lighting and production equipment.
An event plan changes as soon as it meets the venue. Arrival volumes fluctuate, show cues depend on several teams and small unresolved tasks can affect the guest experience. Organizers need an overview, but gate staff and production crews need precise information they can read quickly in a busy environment.
The proposed workspace combines a concise event overview with dedicated check-in, schedule and crew views. The overview highlights sales, arrivals and unresolved work. The entrance screen prioritizes validation feedback, while the schedule connects stage activity with the next cue. Crew panels make team readiness, shifts and zone assignments visible beside operational tasks.
Inside the platform
Event operations concepts with fictional ticket, attendance and crew data.
The concept defines four connected event operations views within a twelve-destination navigation structure. Its visual presentation places each screen in the venue environment where it would be used. The next validation step would test how quickly staff can interpret an admission result, locate the next cue and identify a team that is not ready.
