Scorehaven

Scorehaven is a music academy management concept that brings teaching schedules, student progress and performance preparation into one organized workspace.

Scorehaven product concept in a branded setting

Project overview

Scorehaven explores the coordination behind a music academy, from booking a lesson to preparing a recital. The concept connects the school office, teachers and adult learners through shared schedules, practice records and event plans. Four detailed views establish a consistent way to read availability, assigned activities and upcoming performance work. The portfolio scope covers interface design, school information architecture and a visual identity grounded in rehearsal rooms and recital spaces.

The challenge

A music school balances individual learning with shared resources. Teachers, students, rooms and instruments need to align for lessons to happen, while practice feedback and recital preparation follow different rhythms. Separate calendars and message threads make it difficult to keep those responsibilities connected.

  • Lesson times must align with both teacher and room availability.
  • Practice assignments and feedback need a clear connection to the learner.
  • Rehearsals and recital running orders require coordinated preparation.
  • The school office needs a concise view of daily activity and unresolved planning work.

Our solution

The proposed workspace connects a daily overview with lesson scheduling, practice assignments and recital planning. The schedule keeps time, teacher and room context together; practice pages pair assigned activities with feedback; and recital views organize the running order alongside rehearsal readiness. Shared navigation gives each role a consistent path to the relevant record.

  • A daily overview groups lessons, availability and upcoming performances.
  • A lesson timetable connects instruments, teachers, students and rooms.
  • Practice records bring activities, completion indicators and feedback together.
  • A recital workspace links program order with rehearsal slots and readiness.
  • Twelve navigation destinations organize the wider school workflow.

    The results

The concept defines four connected school administration views within a twelve-destination navigation. The images place each interface in its relevant music-learning environment. The next validation step would ask school staff and teachers to schedule a lesson, locate a learner's assignment and review a recital's readiness.
