Pantrivo

Pantrivo brings bakery production planning into a visual workspace built around the records, decisions and reviews that shape the work.

Pantrivo product concept in a branded setting

Project overview

Pantrivo is a product design concept for bakery production planning. Bakery teams must connect customer orders with preparation tasks and packaging plans for the day. The scope connects four activities: bake schedule, order assembly, recipe cards, dispatch board. Each has a dedicated screen, with a full-width production schedule with recipe drawer and order strip establishing the visual direction. The work includes interface composition, proposed feature architecture and industry-specific showcase imagery.

The challenge

Bakery teams must connect customer orders with preparation tasks and packaging plans for the day. A useful workspace must preserve the connection between the original reference, the selected record and the discussion around a change. Showing more information alone would not resolve that handoff.

  • Keep order references and production slots connected to the selected work.
  • Make tray labels visible at the point where decisions are reviewed.
  • Retain collection windows and packing checklist through the handoff.

Our solution

The design starts with a full-width production schedule with recipe drawer and order strip. Arrange bakery production tasks across a daily timeline with order references. The remaining views separate exploration, coordination and review into layouts suited to their content. A butter yellow, cocoa and porcelain palette gives the product its own visual identity, while selected-record panels keep details close to the working surface.

  • Arrange bakery production tasks across a daily timeline with order references.
  • Inspect an order with product thumbnails, quantities and packing notes.
  • Browse visual recipe records with revision notes and ingredient references.
  • Review prepared orders by collection window with a packing checklist.

Technology stack

    The results

The design establishes four distinct bakery production planning views and a proposed set of twelve feature areas. The visual system prioritizes the working object and its context rather than repeated metric cards. A next validation would ask a practitioner to move from bake schedule to dispatch board, identify the selected record and retrieve the relevant collection windows. These are design deliverables, not measured business outcomes.
