Pacefolio explores personal activity planning through a mobile experience built around a route-first activity screen with a bottom session ribbon. A personal activity planner connecting flexible schedules, voice reflections and a private activity archive. The proposed journey connects activity today, schedule assistant, reflect by voice, personal archive. Four original phone showcases establish the visual direction, while the case study defines the supporting feature set and a proposed Swift architecture.
The challenge
People planning recreational activity need flexible schedules and understandable suggestions without medical or performance guarantees. On a phone, the person also needs to capture information quickly, understand where an answer came from and return to the original material without navigating through a dense desktop interface.
- Keep activity today and schedule assistant connected within a short mobile flow.

Our solution
The design begins with a route-first activity screen with a bottom session ribbon, using large touch targets, short task sequences and contextual sheets. Draft activity plans around user-entered availability and preferences. Turn personal voice notes into editable session summaries. The companion views keep drafts, original material and accepted decisions distinct. A midnight, aqua and coral visual system gives this app its own character within the collection.

The results
The concept defines four mobile views, four AI workflows and twelve feature areas. The next validation would ask a user to complete activity today, inspect the proposed schedule assistant output and correct an intentional extraction or suggestion error. Evaluation would focus on source traceability, correction effort and task completion. No usability study or business-impact measurement is claimed.
