Grovecontour

A landscape design workspace connecting site plans, planting palettes and seasonal review.

Grovecontour product concept in a branded setting

Project overview

Grovecontour explores landscape design as a relationship between space, plant character and seasonal change. A site canvas anchors planting decisions, while a botanical palette and season board help communicate the intended composition. A review view connects section drawings, materials and comments. Planting data and site conditions remain illustrative within this design concept.

The challenge

A planting palette can look convincing on its own yet be difficult to understand in the context of a site. Design discussions also need to address how the intended composition changes across seasons and how review notes relate to a specific zone.

  • Connect planting selections to identifiable site zones.
  • Communicate seasonal intent alongside spatial layout.
  • Attach review comments to drawings and material references.

Our solution

A site-plan canvas uses layer controls and a bottom plant palette. Botanical records support selection, a four-season board supports comparison and a section-based review view keeps feedback close to the design.

  • Select a planting zone on an illustrated site plan and inspect its design context.
  • Browse plant imagery and review the selected botanical record.
  • Compare four seasonal design studies with planting groups and a color timeline.
  • Review a landscape section beside material references and pinned comments.
