Brindleon

Brindleon brings pet grooming into a visual workspace built around the records, decisions and reviews that shape the work.

Brindleon product concept in a branded setting

Project overview

Brindleon is a product design concept for pet grooming. Grooming teams need appointment requests, pet preferences and handover notes attached to the correct visit. The scope connects four activities: day board, pet profile, service preparation, pickup desk. Each has a dedicated screen, with a day appointment board with pet portrait cards and service drawer establishing the visual direction. The work includes interface composition, proposed feature architecture and industry-specific showcase imagery.

The challenge

Grooming teams need appointment requests, pet preferences and handover notes attached to the correct visit. A useful workspace must preserve the connection between the original reference, the selected record and the discussion around a change. Showing more information alone would not resolve that handoff.

  • Keep pet profiles and owner preferences connected to the selected work.
  • Make service requests visible at the point where decisions are reviewed.
  • Retain owner messages and pickup notes through the handoff.

Our solution

The design starts with a day appointment board with pet portrait cards and service drawer. Arrange grooming appointments as pet portrait cards across a daily schedule. The remaining views separate exploration, coordination and review into layouts suited to their content. A apricot, espresso and mint palette gives the product its own visual identity, while selected-record panels keep details close to the working surface.

  • Arrange grooming appointments as pet portrait cards across a daily schedule.
  • Inspect a pet record with owner preferences, photographs and visit history.
  • Review the selected visit's requested services and administrative checklist.
  • Review completed appointment notes, owner messages and pickup times.

Technology stack

    The results

The design establishes four distinct pet grooming views and a proposed set of twelve feature areas. The visual system prioritizes the working object and its context rather than repeated metric cards. A next validation would ask a practitioner to move from day board to pickup desk, identify the selected record and retrieve the relevant owner messages. These are design deliverables, not measured business outcomes.
