Avenro

Avenro is a hospitality booking concept connecting curated stays, property comparisons, local discovery and practical trip management.

Avenro product concept in a branded setting

Project overview

Avenro brings the full guest journey into a single travel workspace: finding a place, comparing the details, planning the days around it and keeping the booking close at hand. Designed for independent travelers and small groups, the concept gives boutique properties an editorial presentation while keeping prices, amenities and arrival information easy to find. The design scope spans a feature-rich navigation system, five showcase views, reusable property cards and a warm visual identity inspired by boutique hospitality.

The challenge

A thoughtful trip involves more than choosing a room. Travelers compare properties across tabs, save places in separate lists, assemble activities in notes and search messages for arrival details. Beautiful photography can inspire a booking, but practical information needs equal attention when someone is deciding where to stay.

  • Prices, amenities and cancellation terms are difficult to compare across separate property pages.
  • Saved places and local activities often lose their connection to the dates and location of a trip.
  • Travel companions need a shared plan with clear timing and room for changes.
  • Booking confirmation, host messages and arrival instructions need to remain easy to reach.

Our solution

We organized the proposed product around three navigation groups: Discover, Plan and Your Trip. Discovery combines curated stays with map search, saved places and comparisons. Planning connects experiences, an itinerary and a travel budget. The trip area brings reservations, host communication and reviews together. The interface uses compact navigation, generous content panels and consistent cards so the breadth of features stays approachable.

  • A persistent sidebar gives eleven destinations a clear place within three task-based groups.
  • Property comparisons bring pricing and important stay details into one view.
  • An itinerary connects the chosen stay to local experiences and daily timing.
  • Reservation details keep charges, arrival information and host communication together.
  • Shared visual patterns help guests move from inspiration to practical planning.

Technology stack

    The results

The concept establishes a connected guest journey across five detailed views, supported by eleven navigation destinations. The resulting design links the emotional appeal of a stay with the practical details needed to compare, plan and manage it. Usability testing would next focus on finding cancellation information, comparing total costs and changing a shared itinerary; no booking conversion or business performance claims are made.
